Notice and Takedown Policy

FlexiTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. FlexiTV does not host, upload, or store any video content on its servers. All streams are aggregated from publicly available sources on the internet.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content accessible through FlexiTV infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate the material on our platform.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make a good faith attempt to notify the user who provided the content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with required information under the DMCA. We will process valid counter-notifications and may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

FlexiTV will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
